The First Look reel is out
Thirty-nine seconds from the running build - undock, cut rock, take fire, warp, and dock for the first time.
Thirty-nine seconds, all of it from the running build. The cut follows one sentence: a ship leaves alone, learns speed, does work, takes fire, gives chase, tears the void, arrives at another light and docks for the first time.
What is in it
- The reef. The opening; a ringed planet and a single cold light.
- The belt. Out from behind a rock, the beam, and the rock catching - the first link of the economy.
- The chase. Shields, hits, three hulls in one frame.
- Warp. The shell, the flash, the tunnel; then another light.
- The harbour. The ring wall, the red modules, the ship settling on the pad.
The reel is on the front page. Watch it with sound; the music was written to the cuts.
